Changes or returns are accepted after first contacting our store, either by phone or e-mail.
You can return the products of your order by General Post, within 10 calendar days from the date you received them. The return cost is borne by the customer (€ 4.00).
Refunds are made within 15 working days from the day we receive the products.
Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return have not been used and are in their original condition with all their accessories.
-Returns are not made on products in which an individual order has been placed: astigmatic or multifocal contact lenses, colored contact lenses with grades.
-Returns are not accepted on corrective lenses that have already been mounted on a frame of your choice.
-Returns are not accepted on products in which a special order has been placed.
-Offer products are not returned.
Proof of purchase is required for the return of products.
Changes
On every order, the first change is free. In case there is a second change, the customer is charged the shipping (€ 4.50) (+ € 3 cash on delivery).
-Changes are not made in contact lenses, contact lens fluids and corrective lenses.
-Changes are not made in: ready-made presbyopia glasses, laces, cloths, cases, glass cleaners.
-Changes are not made in products in which special construction or order has been made (corrective lenses etc)
-Changes are not made to accent products.
Proof of purchase is required to change products.
Cancellations
Order cancellation can only be made if the order has not been executed or if it has not been delivered to the transport company.
Cancellations in eyeglasses with corrective lenses are not accepted.
In case of cancellation of a prepaid order, the refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
